These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the activities, events and support services of the Bangladesh Cultural Association In Malta (VO/1448). By using this website or taking part in our activities, you accept these terms.

We are a non-profit voluntary organisation registered in Malta under number VO/1448, with a registered address at 23 Triq Il-Kapuccini, Il-Furjana, Malta. We are run by unpaid volunteers.
2. Information on this website
Content is published in good faith for general information about our community and activities. It is not legal, medical, immigration, employment or financial advice, and it may be updated at any time. 3. Community support services
Support is offered voluntarily, free of charge and within the limits of our volunteers' knowledge and availability. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and we may decline or refer a request that falls outside our competence.
4. Membership and participation
Membership is governed by the association's statute. Members and guests at our events are expected to behave respectfully, to follow the instructions of organisers, and to refrain from discriminatory, violent, unlawful or party-political conduct. The committee may exclude a person from an activity for serious or repeated breaches.
5. Enquiries and submissions
When you send us an enquiry you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to third parties. We handle submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Donations and contributions
Contributions are voluntary and are applied to the association's stated purposes. Funds given for a specific purpose are used only for that purpose. Contributions are generally non-refundable once applied; write to us if you believe an error has occurred.
7. Photography at events
Photographs and recordings may be taken at public events and used to document our work. Tell an organiser beforehand if you do not wish to be photographed, or write to us to request removal of an image.
8. Intellectual property
The association's name, emblem, texts and photographs belong to the association or to their respective authors. You may quote or reproduce material for non-commercial, informational purposes with clear attribution.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the association and its volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in activities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
